Kyrgyzstan-American Center for Reproductive Medicine (IRMC) is a high-standard fertility center invested in Kyrgyzstan. Its medical environment, laboratory specifications and equipment are all built strictly following the standards of its U.S. headquarters, and it shares the resources of authoritative specialists from the U.S. parent center.
Our medical team comprises American reproductive and gynecological specialists, embryologists and multilingual medical staff. IRMC has made heavy investments in medical facilities, laboratory equipment, treatment surroundings and clinic location, committed to delivering comfortable, high-quality medical care and service experiences for patients with rigorous medical demands.
The laboratories of IRMC maintain a constant temperature to mimic the intrauterine environment, equipped with MINC bench-top tri-gas incubators manufactured by COOK Medical, USA. Embryos cultured under such conditions achieve a much higher blastulation rate than those incubated in environments with only carbon dioxide regulation. The laboratory is fitted with an intelligent sensor system to sustain balanced pressure and stable temperature. Meanwhile, a non-stop circulating air purification and ventilation system creates optimal steady conditions for embryo culture.
IRMC’s laboratory is also equipped with world-class oocyte cryopreservation devices. The egg bank adopts fingerprint access control together with video monitoring systems, as well as temperature-sensing alarm devices. Storage tanks are fitted with rolling casters to reduce vibration, guaranteeing the safe preservation of frozen oocytes.
